Payment, Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All prices and payments are in Australian dollars. Four Cow Farm Australia uses Shopify and Paypal for processing all payments on our Store; this means we accept Paypal transfers (if you have a Paypal account) or credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express. Paypal handles all payments and processing so we do not see or store any of your personal payment or credit card information. You can learn more about Paypal security and buyer protection here - it's one of the safest ways to make purchases online. Our Shopify-powered shopping cart uses 128-bit SSL protection - the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.
Please note: all of the product prices and shipping costs that you see include Australian GST at the prevailing rate
Orders made on this store are for delivery within Australia, New Zealand and selected countries only. If you're a buyer outside of these countries, please check our list of stockists in the footer menu below to find a local online store or stockist in your country. We use Australia Post for most deliveries across Australia and Internationally but may use alternative courier companies for larger parcels or rural Australian addresses - we are constantly striving to minimise the shipping cost to our customers whilst ensuring the best possible delivery times and quality of service.
Orders made before 12 noon (Australian Eastern Standard time) will be shipped next business day. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
Within Australia we offer free delivery for orders over $60 in value and delivery charges are $7.90 for orders under $60. Charges for delivery are calculated automatically and shown on the final payment amount at check out. Within Queensland Metropolitan areas your order will typically be delivered within 2 business days or upto 5 business days for Country/Rural addresses. For interstate orders delivery can be between 3-6 business days for metro addresses, for rural address we suggest checking with your local post office. Customers in WA or Tasmania should note, however, that delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Express Shipping (Australia only):
We offer an express shipping option through Australia Post for an additional $7 to the standard shipping costs above. Australia Post offer next business day delivery from the time we ship (typically we ship next business day) if your address falls within their Express Post network. If your delivery address is outside their network, delivery is typically faster then standard delivery, however this can vary. We suggest checking with Australia Post for delivery times to your location as we cannot be responsible for delivery times once your order has been dispatched. For International orders this can vary from 7 to 21 business days depending on your location. Learn more.
Returns & Refunds:
If you have purchased our range from one of our stockists, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.
In the unfortunate event that you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a free skincare consultation to find a product in our range that might better suit your needs. If you are not satisfied with this, we offer a 30 day period where you can return the product in exchange for store credit. For items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, a store credit or a replacement will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs and samples are not covered by this policy.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your request and you will be notified by email.
International Taxes & Duties:
For International orders Four Cow Farm cannot be responsible for any local duties, taxes or tariffs charged for the import of your order. We strongly suggest you check in advance with your local customs office or tax authority as to any applicable taxes that may be charged on your order or any local restrictions on the import of cosmetics / skincare products before placing your order.
